Examination and repair methods
|
Voltage incident
|
First, close the switch of power source of cold water machine, open electric cabinet and connect to the power source, check whether the power source voltage and phase voltage are normal or not
|
Water pump incident
|
Check whether the resistance of water pump wire is broken or suffers from short-circuit, then connect to the power source, check whether the power source voltage is normal or not, at the same time identify whether the operation direction of water pump is correct or not
※Do not operate pump without water
|
Hydraulic incident
|
Check whether the compressor has enough oil or not, whether cold water temperature is too low, if it is lower than 12oC, close part of cold water , at the same time do not adjust cold water temperature lower than 3oC
|
Incidents of low, high pressure
|
If cold water machine is equipped with pressure gauge, identify whether the pressure on the gauge exceeds 300PST or not. If exceeded, check whether the water amount of the cooling tower is normal or not, whether the valve of the refrigerating system is open or not, whether the water of the refrigerating tower is overheated or not (the water temperature is higher than 300C). If Y-letter filter is installed, check and clean the filter to ensure water connected to the tower not to smaller than the stipulated size of the refrigerating machine, if the machine has been used for a period of time, not good refrigerating tower and the surrounding environment that results in frequent damage or reduce in refrigeration of high pressure protection device, the workers are requested to clean the condenser.

Incident of pneumatic machine
|
Disconnect power source, check whether the insulation resistance of the coils of the air compressor meets requirements, the insulation values of the engine coil must be higher than 1 W, at the same time identify whether the cold water is enough or not, insufficient dissipation may lead to too high current of the compressor
|
When the machine encounters incidents, observe the abnormal phenomenon indicating light, or find out the causes of incidents, then disconnect the general power source switch, carry out the following examinations:
1.In case of abnormal pressure, check whether the voltage of 3-phase source electric wire is 380V, whether it is too high or too low.
2.In case of opposite phase of power source, disconnect the general power source, then adjust to interchange 2 out of 3 R、S、T phase of the source electric wire
3.In case of abnormal refrigeration, check whether:
(1)、Cold water source is sufficient or not.
(2)、Water tube valve is open or not.
(3)、Refrigerating tower is in normal operation or not.
(4)、Water tube is broken or not
4. In case of insufficient refrigerant (too low, too high pressure), check whether the pipeline is leaked, blocked or not. After remedying the incident, recover pressure and continue starting engine after 5 minutes
5. In case of too low water temperature, check whether cold water valve is not opened, whether cold water is in normal circulation or not
6.In case of too low hydraulic phenomena, observe through the observation window to identify whether the machine oil is enough oil, if not enough, supplement cooling oil of the same type
7.In case of overload of air compressor, check whether:
(1)、Electronic valve switch is aged, broken or in bad contact or not
(2)、The insulation resistance of air compressor is normal or not by suing high resistance meter
(3)、The resistance of the coil of air compressor is balanced or not by using multi-function meter, if abnormal, change the air compressor
※ If the air compressor is in this condition, do not intentionally uninstall the machine prior to finding the causes of incidents
8.In cases of overload of water pump, check as per points (2),(3) of section 7
