Introduction
Fully-closed turbine type air compressor air compressor is formed by a fixed rotary table and an eccentric linkage rotary table. The special structure of turbine type air compressor helps it save power among other types in the world today world. The rotary table, the main working components of the turbine type air compressor are not worn, hence; extending the life span of the machine. As a result, this machine is also known as air compressor of no repair. Its structure looks modern, closed with small volume, stable performance, low noise, low vibration, quiet working environment. It is also called super-static air compressor
Fully-closed turbine type air compressor is formed by two static and rotary tables of 2 function equations. In the process of air sucking, air compression, air discharge, the static table is fixed on the engine frame while the rotary table is driven by eccentric shaft and rotated around the static table by anti- shift mechanism, implementing horizontal motion with very small radius. The gas through the filter is sucked in the surrounding of the static table. Along with rotation of the eccentric shaft, the gas will be gradually compressed in the compression chamber through some crescent-shaped rims formed by the static and rotary tables, the continuously discharged through the axial direction hole of the central part of the static table.
