Introduction to winged condenser
In winged condenser or cold wind condenser, the heat quantity of the discharged refrigerant is carried into the air, making the refrigerant to be condensed in the copper tube. Since the convection heat transfer coefficient of the air is very low, the outside edge of the tube is increased by the aluminum piece to increase heat transfer area of the air at the side edge.
Heat exchange copper tube: Heat exchange copper tube will achieve high efficiency if it is equipped with internal thread and direction changeable wing made of water absorbing corrosion resistance thin aluminum foil with paired veins, that expands the mechanical tube to link the copper tube with the aluminum piece, improve the heat transfer efficiency. The machine has such advantages as compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency of heat exchange, easy cleaning and maintenance. The machine is equipped with axial ventilator with large wing and low rotational speed, which can reduce noise, reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
