Working principle
Water-cool screw-shaft type cold water machine uses water for cooling, the refrigerant in gaseous form at high temperature, high pressure escaped from the air compressor goes through the tubular condenser and cooling tower to become the liquid refrigerant at low-temperature land high pressure, then goes through the expansion valve to become liquid refrigerant at low temperature low pressure in the tubular evaporator for evaporation to achieve cooling efficiency (capacity state: The input temperature of chilling water: 12℃, the output temperature: 7℃, the input temperature of cooling water: 30℃, the output temperature: 35℃)
Scope of use: Chilling is used in industrial production, such as plastic, five metals, chemical industry, electroplate, electronic, food, packaging, pharmaceutical, textile and used to reduce heat in factories, central air-conditioners hotels, office buildings
Semi-close screw-shaft air compressor
Air compressor : uses semi-closed screw-shaft air compressors with brand-name HANBELL,BITZER,Ref Comp, is designed with helical screw-shaft rotor of ultra-high efficiency at ratio of 5:6, has higher efficiency normal air compressors from 20%-30%, stable performance, high efficiency, low incident rate, convenient maintenance. When all or part of the machine are in load operation, each air compressor can conduct single or multi-level control with the 75% -100% of the capacity (Semi-closed screw-shaft type air compressor uses refrigerants such as R22, R134a, 404a, R407C, R507a)
Tubular condenser and evaporator
Condenser uses different heat exchanger copper tubes imported from Germany, Japan or domestically produced, the outside of the copper tubes are processed in reinforced steel ladder that increase the heat exchange area, enhance the exchange heat, the inside of the copper tubes are polished to reduce water pressure, facilitate cleaning and maintenance
Evaporator: uses high-tech threaded heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency, the exterior of the copper tubes are spiral and polished while the side water navigation plate is designed in non-short circuit for evenly mixing of chilling water, improving heat exchange efficiency.

Electric control-system
Electric control-system uses the PLC, PC smart touch screen control system in Chinese language, quick reaction, precise control, with automatic feature of load increase- reduce, automatic control of water required temperature, timing of machine starting- finishing hour and record of the causes of incidents, simple and easy to understand manipulation, and have automatic protection function that can prevent the machine from being damaged during operation, extend the life span of the machine and can perform remote control and central control
