Working principle
    Water-cool open type cold water machine uses water for cooling, high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaping from air compressor goes through tubular condenser and chilling tower to become low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, then goes through expansion valve to provide low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant to evaporator to achieve chilling efficiencies (capacity state: The required input temperature of chilling water: 12℃, the required output temperature: 7℃, the required input temperature of cooling water: 30℃, the required output temperature: 35℃)
Scope of use: Chilling is used in industrial production, such as plastic, five metals, chemical industry, electronic products, laser printers, vacuum electroplate machines, ultra-sound wave cleaning machine, food, packaging, pharmaceutical, textile and used to reduce heat in factories, central air-conditioners hotels, office buildings

Fully-closed turbine air compressor
    Air compressor: uses fully-closed turbine air compressor with brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP, fully-closed turbine air compressor has higher efficiency than piston air compressors from 20%-30%, stable performance, high efficiency, low rate of incident, convenient maintenance. Based on customers’ request, one or more air compressors can be used, air compressors can change in accordance with sub-load, automatically interchange operation, balance working hours, save power, extend life span.

Tubular condenser and evaporator
    Condenser : uses different heat exchanger copper tubes imported from foreign countries or domestically produced, the outside of the copper tubes is processed in reinforced steel ladder with adequate length of meter that increases the heat exchange area, enhance the exchange heat, the inside of the copper tubes are polished to reduce water pressure, facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
    Evaporator: uses transparently threaded heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency, with adequate length in meter, the exterior of the copper tubes is spiral and polished while the side water navigation compartment is designed in non-short circuit for evenly mixing of chilling water, improving heat exchange efficiency

Electric control-system
    Electric control-system uses the PLC, PC smart touch screen control system in Chinese language, quick reaction, precise control, with automatic control of water required temperature, automatic control of load increase- decrease if using a great amount of compressed gases, the number of air compressions for operation shall be decided based on load increase/ decrease, save power record causes of incidents, simple and easy to understand manipulation, and have automatic protection function that can prevent the machine from being damaged during operation, extend the life span of the machine and can perform remote control and central control

Protection devices 
    Overload protection devices of air compressor, over heat protection devices of coiler, overload protection devices of ventilator engine, protection devices of low-high pressure switch, phase protection devices (reverse-phase, phase shortage), protection devices of anti-freezing, safety valve, for smooth operation
