Working principle
Water-cool low temperature screw-shaft type cold water machine uses water for cooling, high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaping from air compressor goes through tubular condenser and chilling tower to become low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, then goes through expansion valve to provide low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant to tubular evaporator to achieve chilling efficiencies, while the refrigerating part reduces the required temperature to below 0℃ by Ethylene glycol or brine, to provide used equipment.
Scope of use: In industrial production sector to reduce the required temperature or in chilling that requires super-low temperature
Semi-closed low temperature screw-shaft air compressor
Air compressor : uses semi-closed low temperature screw-shaft type air compressor of imported famous brand names such as HANBELL、BITZER、Ref Comp is designed with helical screw-shaft rotor of ultra-high efficiency at ratio of 5:6, has higher efficiency normal air compressors from 20%-30%, have such advantages as stable performance, high efficiency, low ratio of incidents, convenient maintenance. When all or part of the machine is in load operation, each air compressor can conduct single or multi-level control with the 75% -100% of the capacity

Tubular condenser and evaporator
Condenser : uses different heat exchanger copper tubes wholy imported from Germany, Japan or domestically produced, the outside of the copper tubes are processed in reinforced steel ladder that increase the heat exchange area, enhance the exchange heat, the inside of the copper tubes are polished to reduce water pressure, facilitate hygiene and maintenance
With ethylene glycol as introducing agent, the evaporator uses internal thread high effective heat exchange copper tube, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, improving heat transfer efficiency, and saving energy.
With brine as introducing agent, the evaporator is made by 316L stainless steel or copper alloy, which is resistant to alkali and corrosion, thereby increasing efficiency and longevity of the machine and helping maintain machine stable performance.
