Working principle
Water-cool cabinet low temperature cold water machine uses water for chilling, high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaping from the air compressor going through the tubular condenser and chilling tower to become low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, then goes through expansion valve to provide low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant for tubular evaporator to achieve chilling efficiencies, while the refrigerant reduces the required temperature down to below 00C by Ethylene glycol or brine, to provide used equipment.
Scope of use: In industrial production sector to reduce the temperature to the desisted level or in chilling sector that requires medium- low temperature
Fully-closed turbine low temperature air compressor
Air compressor: uses fully-closed turbine air compressor of famous brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP, Performer, has higher efficiency than piston air compressor from 20%-30%, stable performance, high efficiency, low incident rate, convenient maintenance. Based on customers’ requirements, one or multiple air compressors can be used, they can changed in accordance with sub-load, automatically inter-change in operation, balance working hours, save power, extend life span.

Tubular condenser and evaporator.
Condenser: using various heat exchange copper tubes imported from German, Japan and produced domestically. The copper tube’s outer surface is processed in low-level ladder shape, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, enhancing the heat transfer. The copper tube’s inner surface is glossy, thereby reducing water pressure and making it easy for cleaning and maintenance.
With ethylene glycol as introducing agent, the evaporator uses internal thread high effective heat exchange copper tube, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, improving heat transfer efficiency, and saving energy.
With brine as introducing agent, the evaporator is made by 316L stainless steel or copper alloy, which is resistant to alkali and corrosion, thereby increasing efficiency and longevity of the machine and helping maintain machine stable performance.
