Working principle.
Wind-cold turbine low temperature cooling machine uses water for cooling. The high temperature, high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaped from the air compressor output goes through the winged condenser and heat dissipation ventilator for cooling to form a low temperature-high pressure liquid refrigerant, then expansion valve supplies low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant to tubular evaporator for evaporation to achieve chilling efficiencies. The temperature of refrigeration part is reduced to below 0℃ by ethylene glycol or brine. After that, it is supplied to used equipment.
Scope of use: In the industrial manufacture sectors which need averagely low-temperature water-cool.
Fully-closed turbine low-temperature air compressor
Air compressor: using fully-closed turbine air compressors of globally famous brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP , Performer. It has higher efficiency of 20%-30% than piston air compressors with such dominating features as stable performance, high efficiency, low incident rate, convenient maintenance. Based on customers’ request, one or more air compressors can be used, air compressor can change in accordance with sub-load, automatically interchange operation, balance working hours of air compressors, save power, extend cooling machine’s life span.

Winged condenser and tubular evaporator.
Condenser:uses different heat exchanger copper tubes imported from Germany, Japan or domestically produced, the heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency are transparently threaded and the wind guide winged is made of water permeable corrosion- resistant thin the mechanical tube so as to closely join the copper tube and aluminum pad, promote optimally the heat transfer efficiency. This condenser has such advantages as compact structure, small volume, light weight, high heat exchange efficiency, easy maintenance and cleaning.
With ethylene glycol, the evaporator uses internal thread high effective heat exchange copper tube, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, improving heat transfer efficiency, and saving energy.
With brine, the evaporator is made by 316L stainless steel or copper alloy, which is resistant to alkali and corrosion, thereby increasing efficiency and longevity of the machine and help maintain machine stable performance.

Electric control-system
