Introduction
Yu Jiang Wind-cold cabinet type air conditioner uses fully-closed turbine air compressor and semi-closed screw-shaft air compressor. These imported products have famous brands. The new highly efficient condenser, evaporator, cooling and controlling components, ventilator’s motors are of the most famous brands globally, applying advanced processing technologies and techniques to fabricate. This air conditioner has good features such as good cooling efficiency, high amount of wind, sufficient residual voltage, low noise, electrical safety, stable performance, simple operation, good appearance, low incident rate. This product does not use cooling tower, thereby the occupied area is small. Working principle
Wind-cold cabinet type air conditioner uses water for chilling, high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaping from air compressor goes through tubular condenser and heat dissipation ventilator to become low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, then expansion valve supplies low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant to winged evaporator for evaporation to achieve chilling efficiencies. The high-quality, high effective centrifugal ventilator helps the refrigerant go through winged evaporator which blows chilling wind out in order to reduce room temperature. (Capacity state: The indoor environment temperature: DB23℃/WB17℃; The outdoor environment temperature: DB35℃/WB24℃)
Scope of use: the air conditioner is used for places in need of high amount of wind, such as commercial centers, hotels, factories, office buildings, stores and hospitals, etc.
Air compressor
Air compressor: using fully-closed turbine air compressors of globally famous brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP, Performer, or semi-closed screw-shaft air compressors such as HANBELL, Bitzer, Ref Comp. They are more effective than reciprocal air compressors. They have such dominating features as stable performance, high efficiency, low incident rate, convenient maintenance. Based on customers’ request, one or more air compressors can be used, air compressor can change in accordance with sub-load, automatically interchange operation, balance working hours of air compressors, save power, extend cooling machine’s life span.

Winged condenser and evaporator
Condenser: uses different heat exchanger copper tubes imported from Germany, Japan or domestically produced, the heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency are transparently threaded and the wind guide winged is made of water permeable corrosion- resistant thin aluminum foils in parallel pairs, that expand the mechanical tube to tightly link the copper tubes and aluminum pieces together in order to maximize heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency of heat exchange, easy cleaning and maintenance

Electric control-system
Electric control-system uses smart PLC、PC touch screen control system in Chinese language with quick response and precise control. The system has functions of room temperature automatic control, load automatic increase and decrease. Depending on load increase or decrease, the number of operating air compressors is decided to save the power. Its automatic protection function can prevent the air compressor from damage during operation and extend the longvity of the machine.
Ventilator’s motor
The ventilator used is the high-quality centrifugal one of famous brands, with good features of stable performance, high amount of wind and low noise.
