Introduction
Yu Jiang water source heat pump uses fully-closed turbine type air compressor and semi-closed screw-shaft air compressor. These imported products have famous brands. The highly effective condenser, evaporator, cooling and controlling components are of the famous brands. They are calculated and test accurately to produce the most superior and reasonable design. The machine is tested at the running test center and only launched when achieving the technical specification. Therefore, this machine has high efficiency, good quality, and low incident rate, providing the best products to customers.
Working principles
Water source heat pump uses the water temperature. In winter, the water temperature is in range of about 12 ~ 22℃, which is higher than ambient air temperature. The high evaporation temperature of the heat pump ring increases the heating efficiency. In summer, the water temperature is in range of about 18 ~ 32℃, which is lower than ambient air temperature. The decreasing condensation temperature of the cooling system brings higher cooling efficiency than wind cooling or cooling tower, thereby the machine's efficiency is improved significantly, which can save 30% -40% of operating costs of heating, cooling machine.
Water source heat pump can supply heat or conditioning for cooling the air. It also can supply hot water for living. This is a multi-purpose machine, which can replace two devices or a system of boilers and initial air conditioners, especially in places which demand for both heat and cold supply. It has obvious advantages in respect that it not only saves energy, but also uses a set of devices that can simultaneously meet the requirements for heat, cold, and water supply for daily use. This can help reduce initial equipment costs and reach energy saving efficiency, while reducing carbon content.
Scope of use: The machine is widely used in places such as motels, hotels, saunas, office buildings, shopping centers, factories, small residential areas, villas, schools.
Air compressor
Air compressor: uses fully-closed turbine type air compressors of globally famous brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP, Performer, or semi-closed screw-shaft air compressors such as HANBELL, Bitzer, Ref Comp. They are more effective than piston air compressors. They have such dominating features as stable operation, high efficiency, low incident rate, convenient maintenance. Based on customers’ request, one or more air compressors can be used, air compressor can change in accordance with sub-load, automatically interchange operation, balance working hours of air compressors, save power, extend cooling machine’s life span.

Condenser and tubular evaporator
Condenser: uses various heat exchange copper tubes imported from German, Japan and produced domestically. The copper tube’s outer surface is processed in low-level ladder shape, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, enhancing the heat transfer. The copper tube’s inner surface is glossy, thereby reducing water pressure and making it easy for cleaning and maintenance.
Evaporator: heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency which are transparently threaded. The tube’s outer spiral surface is polished and water guide side wall uses non-short circuit structure, so as for cooling water to be mixed, enhancing heat exchange efficiency and saving energy.
Cooling units
Cooling units: Uses the well-known global brands such as DANFOSS, ALCO, SPORLAN with first-rate quality and superior functionality which helps promote machine efficiency.
Electric control-system
Electric control-system uses smart PLC、PC touch screen control system in Chinese language with quick response and precise control. The system has functions of water temperature automatic control, load automatic increase and decrease, on-off timing, record of incident causes. The operation is simple and easy. Its automatic protection function can prevent the machine from damage during operation, perform remote control and central control.
Protection devices
Overload protection devices of air compressor, over heat protection devices of coiler, protection devices of low-high pressure switch, phase (reverse-phase, phase shortage) protection devices, temperature automatic protection devices, safety valve or safety bolts.
