Introduction:
Yu Jiang wind cold condenser uses fully-closed or semi-closed air compressor of imported famous brands. The highly effective condenser, evaporator, cooling and controlling components are of the famous brands. They are calculated and tested accurately to produce the most superior and reasonable design. The machine is tested at the running test center and only launched when achieving the technical specification. Therefore, this machine has high efficiency, good quality, and low incident rate. Working principle of machine
Wind cold condenser use wind as cold agent, high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant escaping from air compressor goes through tubular condenser and heat dissipating ventilator to become low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant, then goes through expansion valve to provide low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant to cold ventilator for evaporation to achieve chilling efficiencies
High-quality condenser, cold ventilator, intelligent controller, combined with high quality temperature controller, defrost timer for precise temperature control in the cold storage and defrost are used. Functions of preservation (-2oC to +8oC), refrigeration -23oC- -30oC), high speed refrigeration (-30oC to-80oC).
Air compressor
Air compressor : uses fully-closed or semi-closed air compressors of globally famous brand-names such as COPELAND, BITZER, MANEUROP, HANBELL, with such advantages as high chilling efficiency, stable operation, power saving, low incident rate, convenient maintenance.

Condenser and winged cold ventilator
Condenser and cold ventilator (evaporator): uses various heat exchange copper tubes imported from German, Japan and produced domestically. The heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency are internally threaded and the wind guide wing is made of water permeable corrosion- resistant thin aluminum foils in parallel vein pairs, that expand the mechanical tube to tightly link the copper tubes and aluminum pieces together in order to maximize heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency of heat exchange, easy cleaning and maintenance, combined with effective uranium ventilator to increase the efficiency of cold ventilator.

Cooling unitss use global well-knownl brands such as DANFOSS ,ALCO,SPORLAN, with first-rate quality and superior functionality which helps promote machine efficiency.
Electric control-system
Electric control-system uses smart PLC、PC touch screen control system in Chinese language with quick response and precise control. The system has functions of water temperature automatic control and record of incident causes. The operation is simple and easy. Its automatic protection function can prevent the machine from damage during operation.
