Introduction:

Working principle of machine
High-temperature air first enters the pre-cooler for pre-cooling, then it is taken into the gas convection heat exchanger, or heat recovery set (the temperature reduces in the pre-cooler, then dehumidify and goes out into the air in low temperature, then once again goes into the heat exchanger, the input air is reduced, the output air after being increased will provide for the used devices), the air going through the heat exchanger for the second time goes in the evaporator to be once again reduced, the air goes through the heat exchanger for several times, the vapor in the air condenses into water drops, through the centrifugal water separator to discharge water out by automatic water discharge valve.

Fully-closed turbine type air compressor
Air compressor : uses air compressors with brand-names such as DAIKIN、COPELAND、SANYO、MANEUROP, Performer with higher efficiency than screw-shaft air compressors from 20%-30% such as stable performance, high efficiency, low rate of incident, convenient maintenance and repair.

Winged condenser and tubular evaporator
Condenser: uses different heat exchanger copper tubes imported from Germany, Japan or domestically produced, the heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency are internally threaded and the wind guide winged is made of water permeable corrosion- resistant thin aluminum foils in parallel vein pairs, that expand the mechanical tube to tightly link the copper tubes and aluminum pieces together in order to maximize heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency of heat exchange, easy cleaning and maintenance.
Evaporator: uses high-tech threaded heat exchanger copper tubes of high efficiency, the exterior of the copper tubes are spiral and polished while the side water navigation compartment is designed in non-short circuit for even mixing of the air, improving heat exchange efficiency and dehumidifying.
